You were confused about my edits so I am posting here. The abbreviation "PPI-Revised" is not synonymous with the article title, but "PPI" is. They are slightly distinct. Because PPI is technically a synonym, it must be bolded per MOS:BOLDSYN. I was a bit excessive with my edits to wikilink, so I only removed obvious MOS:OVERLINK violations this time. The "Ranking public figures" section should technically be in a separate section about use of the PPI, not in the "Factor structure" section, which is why I removed it in the first place.
