Unclarity linked to ungrammaticality

The current article text contains:

”a quality of language that "indicates the degree to which toward a concept deviates from neutrality."”

The part in the inner quote signs seems ungrammatical. What is the intended meaning? What does the source (which the link does not allow me to access) actually say?Redav (talk) 13:08, 25 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
