The Scottish Conservative & Unionist Party (Scottish Gaelic: Pàrtaidh Tòraidheach na h-Alba), commonly known as the Scottish Tories is the Scottish wing of the British Conservative Party. It holds 5 of the 57 Scottish seats in the House of Commons and 28 of 129 seats in the Scottish Parliament.

The party promotes conservatism, economic liberalism and strongly supports Scotland remaining part of the United Kingdom.

The party is currently led by Russell Findlay, who was elected as leader in September 2024.

In 2016, the Scottish Conservatives replaced Scottish Labour as the largest opposition party in the Scottish Parliament, winning 31 seats. The party maintained this in 2021.
