Merz Pharma is an internationally active family-owned pharmaceutical company headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It is the parent company of independent businesses in the fields of aesthetic medicine, therapeutic medicine, and consumer health products. Its main brands include Tetesept and Merz Spezial, known for their wellness and beauty product lines.

Merz Pharma was founded in 1908 by German pharmacist and chemist Friedrich Merz. Initially focused on cosmetics and nutritional supplements, the company later expanded into dermatology, neurology, and anti-aging medicine.

Despite its global presence, Merz remains family-owned and privately held.
