Hundred Days Offensive

The Hundred days offensive is the term used for the last phase of the First World War,on the Western Front. Between 8 August and 11 November 1918, Allied troops carried out a number of offensives against Germany. That forced the Germans to retreat behind the Hindenbug Line. The offensive ended with the Armistice of Compiègne.
