@Envido32 Has two spelling mistakes in the legend - SVG file needs editing:
1: Substrat should be Substrate
2: Photoresistor should be Photoresist
And 3 Photoresis removal should be Photoresist removal
And 4 Termal oxidation: I'm not sure what word Termal should be.
