VrapOn expanded its activities beyond Tirana by the middle of 2022, setting up services in Durrës, Vlorë, Fier and Saranda, among other significant Albanian cities. It was the first app in Albania that expanded its services beyond Tirana, offering customized fares for each city and top destinations.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company emphasized straightforward pricing, reasonable costs, and safety features like real-time tracking and driver vetting as key differentiators in the industry.
In 2024 the company launched "VrapOn Business"[4][5], a platform designed to help businesses manage their daily rides at cheaper fares while having greater control over travel expenses.
