Vaaree is an Indian e-commerce company based in Bengaluru that sells home decor, soft furnishings, kitchenwares, dinnerwares, and home organisation products through its online marketplace.[1]

History

Vaaree was founded in 2022 by Garima Luthra and Varun Vohra in Bengaluru.[2]

In August 2022, the company raised an angel round from multiple investors, as reported by Entrepreneur India.[2]

In February 2023, TechCrunch and Tech in Asia reported that Vaaree raised a US $4 million seed round led by Sequoia Capital India.[3][4]

In July 2025, The Times of India and The Economic Times reported that Vaaree raised a US $4.6 million pre-Series A round led by PeerCapital, with participation from existing investors including Peak XV Partners.[5][6]

Operations

The company sells a range of home and kitchen products through its website and mobile app, which are sourced directly from Indian manufacturers.[7] According to Livemint, Vaaree operates in India’s growing home decor and furnishings segment.[1] The Indian Express has also featured the company’s founder in coverage on home styling during the festive season.[8]
