Comment: Much of the sources are not independent. Some of them are also dead links and cannot therefore be verified. I think additional work is needed to demonstrate notability. sksatsuma 12:56, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
Anže "Cazzafura" Kacafura (born November 2, 1985) is a Slovenian music producer and songwriter, widely recognized for shaping the sound of the modern Balkan trap and alternative R&B movement. He is best known for his long-term collaboration with Slovenian star Senidah, as well as for producing numerous regional hits across genres.
Early life and career
[edit]Cazzafura began his music career as a member of the hip-hop duo Da II Deuce, alongside rapper Doša. His first produced song was featured in the 2001 Nicole Kidman film Birthday Girl. He soon expanded into music production, working with Slovenian artists such as Zlatko, Alenka Gotar, Nina Pušlar and Jadranka Juras, gaining a reputation for his innovative sound.
Collaboration with Senidah
[edit]Cazzafura is most prominently known for his creative partnership with Senidah, having played a key role in developing her sound and musical identity:
He produced "Slađana" (2018), Senidah’s breakthrough single that became a regional sensation and is widely seen as the beginning of the Balkan trap movement. He co-produced her debut album Bez Tebe (2019), which includes hits like "Belo", "Bez tebe", and "Kamikaza". In 2019, he produced "100%" by Senidah and RAF Camora. The song became a massive international success, charting in Germany, Austria, and throughout the Balkans. He also worked on Senidah’s sophomore album Za Tebe (2022), contributing to genre-diverse tracks such as "Mesečina i ja", "Dva prsta", and "Jadnaja". In 2024, the two collaborated again on the single "Greh", co-written with Tadej Košir, Diinzo, and KIMMV. In 2025, Cazzafura produced Senidah’s latest album Sen i dah.
Other collaborations
[edit]In addition to his work with Senidah, Cazzafura has produced and collaborated with a variety of artists and projects:
Muff – He was a key contributor to the Slovenian band’s sound, producing songs like "Ti daješ" and "Naj sije v očeh". Batista Cadillac – In 2024, he released "Ne manjka sanj", a joint project with the band. Produced the track "Men vse", featuring Senidah, for a commercial campaign soundtrack. Produced the original music for the documentary film about Slovenia’s historic gold medal win at the 2017 EuroBasket Championship. He worked across the region with artists from Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia, and the U.S.
Musical style
[edit]Cazzafura’s production blends analog soul with digital edge, often combining smooth R&B tones with harder trap beats and experimental textures. His work spans from hip-hop to urban electronic sounds, and his sound has heavily influenced the musical landscape of the former Yugoslav region.
