Bishara Sabbar is a Jordanian professional boxer who has competed at both the amateur and professional levels. He began his boxing career in 2010 in Arraba, Israel, before relocating to Karmiel to train under Azerbaijani coach Valera Ilieav. Over the years, Sabbar developed extensive international experience across major competitive stages.

Amateur Career

Sabbar joined the National Boxing Team in 2014, representing his country in several international events, including the European Championships and the AIBA World Championships. During his amateur tenure, he accumulated 166 bouts, establishing himself as one of the region’s most experienced competitors.

Professional Career

Sabbar transitioned to the professional ranks in 2021, competing internationally under the flag of Jordan. As of 2025, according to BoxRec, he holds a professional record of 7 wins and 1 defeat.

In 2023, Sabbar captured the WBC Youth Silver title in Abu Dhabi under Seddiqi Promotions, marking a major milestone in his professional journey.

Beyond his competitive career, Sabbar is the founder of Boxing Godfather, a high-end boxing and fitness facility based in Arraba. The gym has gained recognition for its advanced training environment and has become a notable destination for athletes seeking professional-level preparation.
