Anish Kumar (known online as Anishalx) is an Indian cybersecurity researcher and software developer. He has published several open-source security tools and has participated in security competitions and research internships.

Early life and education

Anish Kumar studied Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (Cybersecurity) at the Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology (AVIT), Chennai. During his studies he participated in campus activities and student-led technology programs.[1]

Research and internships

Anish undertook a research internship associated with the Cyber Security Research group (CYSTAR) at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras during his academic tenure. AVIT published a post noting the internship and related student activities.[2]

Career and projects

Anish is the author and maintainer of a number of open-source security tools hosted on GitHub. Notable repositories include tools for web application scanning, network enumeration and packet analysis. He has written technical articles describing some of these projects.[3][4]
